  • 1 member appointed from a list of three persons nominated by the Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation, Inc. 

  • 1 member appointed from a list of three persons nominated by the Louisiana Independent Rice Producers Association. 

  • The commissioner of agriculture or his designee.
